How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription:

1. Go to https://ourdream.ai/profile

2. Click "Cancel subscription"

3. Confirm cancellation

Your access: You retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Unused dreamcoins:

• Remain in your account until billing period ends

• Can still be used during remaining access time

• Are forfeited when access ends (no refunds for unused coins)

Monthly subscription coins:

• You keep coins received before cancellation

• You won't receive coins for next month

• Use them before your access expires

Yearly subscription coins:

• You keep upfront coins received

• You won't receive monthly renewal coins

• Use them before your access expires

No automatic refunds for cancellation.

However:

• If charged by mistake, request a refund separately (see "How do I request a refund?" article)

• If technical issues prevented use, contact support

• Standard cancellation doesn't qualify for refund

Tip: Cancel right before your renewal date to maximize your remaining subscription time.

We don't currently offer subscription pausing. Your options:

• Cancel and resubscribe when ready

• Keep subscription active

• Download/save any content you want to keep before canceling

Reactivating is easy:

1. Go to https://ourdream.ai/profile

2. Choose your subscription plan

3. Complete payment

Note: This creates a new subscription. Any previous unused coins are not restored.

This shouldn't happen, but if it does:

1. Contact support immediately via Request Help button

2. Include:

   • Date you canceled

   • Date you were charged

   • Transaction amount

   • Screenshot of cancellation confirmation (if available)

We'll investigate and process a refund if applicable.

Canceling subscription:

• Stops future payments

• Keeps your account and data

• You can resubscribe anytime

• Access remains until period ends

Deleting account:

• Permanently removes account and all data

• Cannot be undone

• See "How do I delete my account?" article

Recommendation: Cancel subscription if you just want to stop payments. Only delete if you want everything removed permanently.
