I upgraded to premium but my account is still shows as free, what should I do?

Why this happens

Most common reason: Payment is still processing. This is normal.

Typical processing times:

  • Credit/debit cards: 2-10 minutes

  • Cryptocurrency: 15 minutes to 1+ hour (depending on blockchain)

First: Wait and refresh

Step 1: Wait the appropriate time for your payment method (see above)

Step 2: Refresh your browser:

Still showing as free after waiting?

Check if payment went through

Verify payment:

  1. Check your bank/card statement or payment provider

  2. Look for charge from ourdream.ai or payment processor

  3. Note the transaction date and amount

If payment shows on statement but account still free:

  • Contact support immediately (see below)
