Dreamcoins are the currency on ourdream.ai. You can use them to generate images and videos, make voice calls, listen to audio messages, and more.

With subscription:

• Monthly subscriptions: 1,000 dreamcoins every month

• Yearly subscriptions: 1,000 + 1,000 bonus (2,000 in total) coins upfront plus 1,000 coins every month on renewal date

Purchasing coins:

• You can buy additional dreamcoins beyond subscription coins

• Requires active subscription to purchase

• Go to https://ourdream.ai/profile to purchase

Free dreamcoins:

• We don't currently offer free dreamcoins as a regular feature

• Join our Discord where we often offer free coins and run competitions

To view your balance:

1. Go to https://ourdream.ai/profile

2. Your current balance displays on your profile page

3. Balance updates in real-time as you generate content

Subscription coins: No, dreamcoins don't expire during active subscription

Important: When you cancel subscription or it ends, unused coins are forfeited (no refunds).

During cancellation:

• You keep coins until your billing period ends

• You can use them during remaining access time

• Once access expires, unused coins are forfeited

No refunds for unused dreamcoins.

No, dreamcoins cannot be transferred between accounts.

Dreamcoins are:

• Tied to your specific account

• Non-transferable

• Non-refundable (except for failed generations)

Yes, but only in specific cases:

• Generation failures: Automatic refund within minutes
