How do I request a refund?

We want you to love ourdream! But if you believe you're eligible for refund, here's the process to follow.

Refund Eligibility: We cannot issue refunds for product that has been used more than 25% of it's amount. Monthly subscriptions cannot be refunded if the coin has been used up, annual subscriptions may be eligible for full or partial refund.

How do I request a refund?

To request a refund:

  1. Go to https://ourdream.ai/profile

  2. Click the "Request Help" button

  3. In your message, include:

    • The product (subscription or coins)

    • The charge date and amount

    • Reason for the refund request

Our support team will collect your request within 24-48 hours - sometimes this can take longer for complicated requests.

How long do refunds take?

Once approved:

  • Credit/debit cards: 5-10 business days

  • Cryptocurrency: Cannot be refunded

The timeframe depends on your payment provider, not ourdream.

What happens to my account after a refund?

After a refund is processed:

  • If you're cancelling a subscription it will be cancelled. Your images and videos will be blurred until you are re-subscribed

  • Any unused dreamcoins will be removed

  • You can resubscribe anytime
