How do I request a refund?

We want you to love ourdream! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, here's how refunds work.

Am I eligible for a refund?

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You were charged twice by mistake (duplicate charges)

  • You were charged after canceling your subscription

  • Technical issues prevented you from using the service

When are refunds NOT available?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for:

  • Dreamcoins that have already been used

  • Subscriptions canceled after the renewal date has passed

  • Accounts with policy violations

How do I request a refund?

To request a refund:

  1. Go to https://ourdream.ai/profile

  2. Click the "Request Help" button

  3. In your message, include:

    • Your account email

    • The charge date and amount

    • Reason for the refund request

    • Order/transaction ID (if available)

Our support team will review your request within 24-48 hours.

How long do refunds take?

Once approved:

  • Credit/debit cards: 5-10 business days

  • Cryptocurrency: Cannot be refunded (blockchain limitations)

The timeframe depends on your payment provider, not ourdream.

What happens to my account after a refund?

After a refund is processed:

  • If you're cancelling a subscription it will be cancelled. Your images and videos will be blurred until you re-subscribed

  • Any unused dreamcoins will be removed

  • You'll still have access until your current billing period ends

  • You can resubscribe anytime

These refunds are automatic and don't affect your subscription.
