Verification code not arriving? Here's what to do
Not receiving your login verification code?
If you're not getting the verification code email, here's how to fix it.
Step 1: Check your spam folder
This is the most common issue!
Open your email spam/junk folder
Search for emails from ourdream.ai or noreply@ourdream.ai
If you find it there, mark it as "Not Spam"
Try logging in again
Step 2: Wait a few minutes
Verification emails usually arrive within 1-2 minutes, but sometimes they can take up to 10 minutes depending on your email provider.
Before requesting a new code:
Wait at least 5 minutes
Check spam folder again
Don't request multiple codes (this can cause delays)
Step 3: Check your email address
Make sure you're entering the correct email address:
Double-check for typos
Verify it's the email you used to create your account
Try logging in with a different email if you have multiple accounts
Step 4: Try these email-specific solutions
Gmail users:
Check the "Promotions" or "Social" tabs
Search your entire inbox for "ourdream"
Outlook/Hotmail users:
Check "Other" or "Junk Email" folders
Add noreply@ourdream.ai to your safe senders list
Yahoo users:
Check "Bulk Mail" folder
Add ourdream.ai to your contacts
Apple Mail (iCloud) users:
Check the Junk folder in both web and app
Sometimes iCloud filters are very aggressive
Step 5: Try a different browser
Sometimes browser caches cause issues:
Clear your browser cache and cookies
Try an incognito/private browsing window
Or switch to a different browser entirely
Step 6: Request a new code
If you still haven't received it after 10+ minutes:
Go back to the login page
Click "Resend verification code"
Wait another 5-10 minutes
Check spam again
What if I never receive verification emails?
If you've tried everything above and still can't get verification emails, your email provider might be blocking them entirely.
Contact our support team:
Go to https://ourdream.ai/profile (if you can access it)
Click "Request Help"
Tell us:
Your email address
What email provider you use (Gmail, Outlook, etc.)
What you've already tried
We can help you:
Verify your email manually
Set up a different login method
Change your account email if needed
Can I change my verification email?
Yes! If your current email isn't working:
Contact support using the Request Help button
We can change your account email
Make sure you have access to the new email before requesting the change
Alternative: Use a different email provider
If your email provider consistently blocks our emails, consider:
Using a Gmail or Outlook account instead
Prevention tips
To avoid this issue in the future:
Add noreply@ourdream.ai to your contacts
Add ourdream.ai to your safe senders list
Check your email filters/rules
