If your payment isn't going through, here are the most common reasons and solutions.

Common reasons for declined payments

Insufficient funds

  • Make sure you have enough money in your account

  • Check if your card has available credit

Incorrect card details

  • Double-check the card number

  • Verify the expiration date

  • Make sure the CVV code is correct

  • Confirm your billing address matches your card

Card restrictions

  • Some cards don't allow international payments

  • Check with your bank about international transaction settings

  • Prepaid cards sometimes don't work for subscriptions

Bank security blocks

  • Banks sometimes flag new online services as suspicious

  • Your bank may have blocked the transaction for security

  • This is especially common with first-time purchases

Expired or canceled card

  • Check if your card is still active

  • Verify it hasn't expired

Try these solutions

1. Verify your card details

Go back to the payment page and carefully re-enter:

  • Card number (no spaces)

  • Expiration date (MM/YY format)

  • CVV/security code (3-4 digits on back of card)

  • Billing zip code (must match your card's billing address)

2. Try a different payment method

We accept:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

  • Debit cards

  • Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum)

If your card isn't working, crypto instead.

3. Contact your bank

This is the most common fix!

Call your bank or card issuer and:

  • Tell them you're trying to make a legitimate purchase at ourdream.ai

  • Ask if they blocked an international transaction

  • Request they approve charges from ourdream.ai

  • Some banks require you to confirm the transaction via app/SMS

After your bank approves it, try the payment again.

4. Check if international transactions are enabled

Many banks block international payments by default.

To enable international transactions:

  • Log in to your online banking

  • Look for "Card Controls" or "Security Settings"

  • Enable "International Transactions"

  • Or call your bank to activate this feature

5. Try a different browser

Sometimes browser issues cause payment problems:

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies

  • Try using an incognito/private window

  • Or switch to a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)

6. Check your billing address

Your billing address must match exactly what your bank has on file.

Common mistakes:

  • Using abbreviations (use "Street" not "St.")

  • Wrong zip code

  • Apartment/unit numbers in wrong field

  • Old address if you've recently moved

7. Wait and try again

If you've tried multiple times quickly:

  • Wait 30-60 minutes before trying again

  • Multiple failed attempts can trigger additional security blocks

  • Your bank may need time to reset

Using a VPN?

  • Try disabling your VPN temporarily

  • Some payment processors flag VPN usage

Will trying multiple times charge me multiple times?

No! If a payment is declined, you are NOT charged. Only successful payments go through.

You can safely try again without worrying about duplicate charges.
