• Unused dreamcoins (no refunds)

• Account access (even if you have time left on your subscription)

• Cancel your subscription and keep your account (you can return anytime)

To request account deletion:

1. Go to https://ourdream.ai/profile

2. Scroll down to the 'danger zone' bottom of the page

3. Click delete my account and follow the prompts

   Processing time: 24-48 hours
