How do I delete my account?
Before you delete
⚠️ Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What gets deleted:
All characters, generations, and chat history
Unused dreamcoins (no refunds)
Account access (even if you have time left on your subscription)
Consider instead:
Cancel your subscription and keep your account (you can return anytime)
Contact support if you're having an issue we might help resolve
How to delete your account
To request account deletion:
Scroll down to the 'danger zone' bottom of the page
Click delete my account and follow the prompts
Processing time: 24-48 hours
What happens to my subscription?
If you have an active subscription:
It will be automatically canceled
You keep access until your current billing period ends
No refund for remaining time
Tip: Delete right before your renewal date to use your remaining time.
Can I get my account back?
No. Deletion is permanent. You cannot:
Restore your account
Recover your data or characters
Get back unused dreamcoins
You can create a new account, but it will be a fresh start with no previous data.
Save your data first!
Before deleting:
Download any images or videos you want to keep
Screenshot important characters or chats
Save content elsewhere
Once deleted, we cannot retrieve anything for you.
Just want to take a break?
Instead of deleting, simply cancel your subscription:
Click "Cancel subscription"
Your account and data stay safe
You can return anytime without losing anything!
