What's the difference?

Monthly Subscription

  • $19.99 USD per month, billed monthly

    • Currently discounted 50% from the base rate of $39.99 USD per month for our seasonal sale

    • Note: We periodically have discounts on monthly subscriptions

  • Dreamcoins: 1,000 immediately, then 1,000 every month

  • Cancel anytime

Annual Subscription

  • $9.99 USD per month (discounted 75% to monthly), billed at 119.88 once per year

  • Dreamcoins: 2,000 immediately (includes 1,000 bonus), then 1,000 every month


Why does my charge show $119.88?

This is correct for annual subscriptions.

Annual means:

  • You pay for the entire year upfront ($119.88)

  • This equals $9.99 per month ($9.99 × 12)

  • You are NOT charged every month

  • Next charge: 12 months from now

You're not being overcharged. Annual = full year billed at once.

Important: Annual has no partial refunds. If you cancel after 6 months, you don't get 6 months refunded.


Common questions

Can I switch plans?

Yes, but you must cancel current plan and let it expire first. You can't switch mid-cycle.

Do I get charged monthly on annual?

No. Annual = one charge per year. You get dreamcoins monthly, but only charged once annually.

What if I cancel annual early?

You keep access until the year ends (already paid for), but no refund for unused months.

How do I know which plan I have?

Check https://ourdream.ai/profile - if renewal is ~1 year away, you have annual. If ~1 month away, you have monthly.


I was charged the wrong amount

If you expected monthly but were charged $119.88:

  • You may have accidentally selected annual

  • Contact support within 14 days via Request Help button

  • Include screenshot of charge and what you intended to select

If amount doesn't match either plan:

  • Check if your bank added currency conversion fees

  • Contact support with charge details
