Having trouble accessing the full features of your account, or are you experiencing errors?

Try these steps!

  • Clearing cache/cookies on your browser

  • Switching browsers (Chrome to Edge, etc)

  • Attempting to chat/generate in incognito mode

If these aren't working, try pressing the "sync" button to the right of your profile, beside "Active Subscription". This is especially helpful for users who purchased coins or a subscription and are not able to access them yet.

If none of the above fixes do the trick for you, please contact support.
